The Holy Family

The “Holy Family,” is an exhibition of prints spanning four centuries depicting the nativity. Included in the exhibit are twentieth century crèches. Prints include engravings, lithographs, etchings, and wood carvings by Annibale Carracci, Christian Wilhelm Ernst Dietrich, Eric Gill, Carl Heindel, John J. A. Murphy, Johann Nepomuk Strixner and Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn. There will be a public walk-through with director/curator J. Scott Patnode on Friday, December 4, at 10am. The museum’s exhibitions are free and open to the public from 10am to 4pm, Monday through Friday and noon to 4pm on Saturdays. Closed Sundays and University holidays (December 24-27, January 1-3, and February 13-15).
