The Art Coop, art classes for chicks, presents several workshops during the month of July. Classes include: Microscope Slide Necklace (July 1), Sun Dying (July 6 and 18), Fused Glass Pendants and Earrings (July 8), Cement Leaves (July 10, 12, and 19), Mosaic Sunflower (July 13 and 20), Mosaic Saucer/Birdbath (July 14 and 21), Mosaic Bowling Ball or Boulder (July 17, 24, and 31), and Wool Felting (July 16 and 27). Workshop costs range from $25 to $70 and all materials are provided. The class is held at a private home studio at 4225 N. “G” St. Reservations are required to (509) 327-3726 or www.theartcoop.net.
